City Blocks

If you have a passion for matching puzzles, then come to City Blocks. Buildings should be placed strategically in order to be upgraded. Create the world's largest metropolis by merging three smaller structures into a single, massive one. Your actions will affect whether or not your city has a large number of huge structures. Your city will be unable to grow unless a sound policy is in place to prevent the land from being depleted. Be careful.
